Samurai Armor, looks more like a Heavy Lamellar Armor of the Mongols.

Arguable, though I see too many armors that look akin to this even just by googling up 'samurai armor' XD

You are right, googling that gives it away, but in the end, Lamellar Armor is Lamellar Armor, they all look very similar, especially the ones from Asia.
