Just posting because I haven't posted for a little bit. I made this a while back for a school project, or rather, extra credit. We had to create a town/colony thing and state our part in the town. I was inspired to draw my friend's character, Dr. Peppah! The character description is the fallowing:
Dr. Peppah is our town's doctor. Yes, he is a bum, but he's the best surgen we've got. He may have wall-eyes, but he THINKS he knows what he's doing! He hasn't had any complaints so far! (Then again, no one's survived his surgeries... That MIGHT exlain why there are only six people in our town...) Dr. Peppah got his doctoral degree via dumpster diving, so you can trust him, he's a PROFESSIONAL!
