I took a test pull off of the keg last night, and it tasted just about right. She's still a little cloudy, but having beenn kegged three days ago,that's to be expected. Chilled to fridge temp, with 18PSI on for a few days and a very fine head had formed. The body is a nice strong pilsner, with a kick of strawberry flavor. A little much at first, but it grows on you. I'd probably put half of the flavoring in that I did on my next flavored batch.


Otherwise, the Summer Brown Ale is kegging tomorrow and the Strawberry Pils should be stabilized by the weekend. Huzzah.

Edit: Changed the picture cause it was a very nice picture of my counter and not the beer. My parakeet, Turqy, approves of the beer so far. :3
