This is a work in progress, JUST sketched it last night and haven't had a chance to ink or color anything yet. I sorta love how it looks in rough pencil sketch stage though, so I figured I'd save it like this first. :D

This is a play on a deleted scene from The Lion King, and also a scene that is in the musical play. TLK fans know what I'm talking about.

Half of me is upset that they cut this, if only for the fact that it would have showed more into Scar's insanity and more for Nala's character...plus, I LOVE the song "Shadowlands" and would have loved to see it in the movie. However, another half of me is happy they cut it and can certainly see why. XD

At any rate, like it or not, it is what it is and I have fun with the faces here. Especially Nala's "btchplz" face in the second panel. XD ALSO Scar's pose in the first frame is usually a very hard pose for me to get right, and I'm sorta proud of how it came out. Hafta see how much I ruin this thing when I ink/color it all.

PS: In the last panel Scar is yelling "You all belong to me!" XD
