THAT'S For My Friend!
A scene in ME3 which I won't spoil for the people who haven't gotten this far. But that was one of the best feeling renegade interrupts I'd ever done.
I started the stream with absolutely no idea on what to do as a warmup, and when I started drawing this I hated it. I think actually looking up a reference for the omniblade helped me get a bit more confidence and then the color saved it the rest of the way.
A fun thing about space scenes is that you have so much depth and color to play with, especially when glowy viewscreens and things come into play. It took some work to get the background at a gradient I liked but eventually that clicked too. The omniblade is done with gelpen and glitterpen which doesn't translate over the scanner very well, but it's quite sparkly.
Copic marker and gelpen on 4x6 postcard board. This picture's been claimed.

I got so many mixed feelings about me3 after what i saw in the... game reviews. I'm kinda turned away from it :T
STILL there are some good scenes that I wanna see and it tempts me...
Can't decide... WHAT DO I DO?!
also: I love how you use markers in your pictures. Fantastic
