Nephis actually raised that bird more or less by himself, which is pretty impressive since I don't think most guys normally want to raise screaming babies that aren't even theirs anyway. He'll be two next month :3

He used to share the bigger cage with Spock (an older starling) but they don't really get along so we banished him to the travel cage. I don't think he really minds, especially now that he doesn't have to share his bath tub with anyone else.

Both of them we found in rather bad shape. Spock (the older one) had fallen off her nest and was following Wolfbird on a major street sidewalk. Howard (the one in the picture that I raised) we found half drowned in a fish pond. They're cool, just very loud! They mimic and are super high-pitched.
