Pages have been going up lately on Mondays. So we're gonna stick with that.
Also, it's worth mentioning at this point that all the pages posted from here to page 95 were completed over *six months ago*, and the book has already gone to print. So while you're certainly welcome to make artistic suggestions, we are well past the point where we are able to make any changes. Six months is like an eternity, for art. . . I can already see like twelve mistakes I made in this page :P

I bought the print - have read it a few times... like a god I know the future...
And yet even when Rukis makes a Red Lantern post I STILL read it over a few times!
Its like watching your favorite movie... you dont watch for something new, you watch for the experience!

Manjusha and here mother were arguing remember? Her mother arrived unexpectedly and told her in no uncertain terms that he was not barred due to the fact they were working on a trade deal with his father. She also mentioned how the bear 'nearly broke in half her other boy' which we assumed meant Amon. But Manjusha was shot down with the classic 'Clan comes first!' arguement.
Well i don't like bears in the first place, And this guy looks stupid IMO (No offence intended Rukis) so i double don't like him.
And now i can understand what happened to Amon, And i understand it well because i fell on my back really hard on a metal bar when i was a little kid.

While i have some fantasy over played out rape scenes, this is different... you can clearly see pain and trauma occured. From personal experience there is a big difference between controlled rape and forced rape though... this is a prime example of how terrifying it is

im still not clear exactly what it is that is wrong with amon from that event with the bear. The spine? clawing injury? I know the bear hurt him while using amon yet still not clear exactly how. should i wait? am i asking too soon? I know it is permanent after all this time and he still is not fully healed.
Perhaps have one of the characters explain it in more detail deeper into the story? (like vol. 3 or 4? Not sure where you are in actually producing the pages, so just speculation) That way people could get their imaginations satisfied without graphically depicting it, and far enough into the story to add to plot development without being too sudden.
However, it's just an idea, and I'm one that does not like to have things always be a mystery, so I'm partial to one side xD
But no matter how you choose/have chosen to continue this story, we will all be waiting eagerly to throw money at you to read it

where oh where do you hire an assassin in this story if i was amon id use all my funds to hire one if this bear wins! .....however i wonder if the owner will step in if it appears that the bear is going to win? sooooo many possibilities present soooo many paths and twist and turns that are capable of happening GOD I LOVE THIS STUFF Rukis your the best XD
CALLED IT. I knew it had been a bear or a large mammal~ <3 *so proud of himself, yes*
Anyway, man, I love this page D: The -entire thing- REALLY drives the point home that, whatever Don Coros did to Amon, it was awful, cruel, mind-breaking and all-around traumatizing. So great work on that :3

I really like the relation between the shape and content of the first row: it's very effective in creating the sensation of a vivid flashback: as if Amon vision tunneled and then shifted from the present to the past before coming back to the acution house.
Also, his expression in the last pannel of the second row is adorable and way past -afraid-; I would say he is paralysed, in body and mind, by fear.

I see people are commenting and about Amon's trauma...
It is acually worse then I ever imagined, I had thought he was injured either by a huge clumsy customer stepping onto his back BY MISTAKE in the throes of passion, or by a sadist customer pushing the fun too far on a more delicate creature.
But a knee in the back is not sexy/sexual/exciting or anything ! I can't imagine that as a consequence of any sexual game he could have paied for... it seems just plain cruel and pointless... I LOATHE Coros !
