Right, so! While I work on other things, I think I may go ahead and submit some of the stuff that is either just preliminaries or ideas for future projects. This one is a step on the way to figuring out a character/costume design, the idea being to mix traits of both animals and trees. I tried making the entirety of the face into tree bark, but that ended up making the face a tad bit creepy and not very friendly-looking. That does not fit my needs! Any tips, suggestions, or questions are welcome! The base is some nondescript canine currently, but in the future I think I'll base the face and whatnot off of a coyote.

I like the general idea, just need to keep messing with it!
