Ham it up this easter with this scrumptous pork meadly from the kitchens of  stripekazama

Pig in a pig in a pig

So, it's easter. Got a good friend over, decided to make something fun and rather simple :P.


Ingredients

Pork tenderloin
8 streaks of bacon
Shredded bits of ham
Grated cheese

How to

1. Turn the oven to 200 degrees celsius

2. Make a deep cut into the pork tenderloin, stuff it with ham, and then sprinkle some cheese over it. Then wrap it in bacon.

3. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, then it's done!


I served this with store bought fries which I then seasoned with barbecue seasoning. And I made a redwine sauce and a bearnaise sauce.
