I think Saijin is one of the memorable characters from Bleach. Plus his unique story with Toshin. May I ask, this Komamura is from which time is this incarnation and does he has all of the original abilities (bankai)?

I agree....I wish the writers would have episodes just for his story. I want them to explain what race Sajin is and his people. And this is an alternate version as you might have guessed. He is definitely very strong and has spiritual abilities, but he doesn't have Bankai. Mainly because I don't want anyone to have a huge advantage in the K-9 agency comic. Since my original villain characters have to be a threat, it wouldn't be fair to have Sajin at his full power. He would destroy city blocks and destroy the competition lol. As the story goes on and everyone gets stronger, he may eventually get it.
