Please full view for details. Concept work for the Elite teams basic uniform. I wanted to practice some digital painting again.
The Elite are an assassin class. They are trained specifically to do uh, King Illias of Coiced's dirty work yar, assassin tasks, secret opts, kid napping people, you know, all that jazz. Their are 6 members in this group- Shane Poe Laupebaud, Bota Runningdeer, Naneen Laupebaude, Xing Bose, Mew Leu, and Vang Glen.
Shane Poe Laupebaude is Captain of this group, Bota is his Lieutenant captain and Naneen is Second Lieutenant. Xing is Sargent. Vang and Xing are Corporals.
Originally Shane's rank was general for those who read the story, but it wasn't what one would normally consider General. I was going by a ranking system that I created personally for WM, but eventually I thought it would be best to go with the standard ranking system of the real world, especially since they are specifically trained for secret or conniving tasks. There are just too many things that I had to cut down without making the story too complicated. Sometimes it's just best to keep things simple.
Shane is 19 years old in this image, hence why his antlers are rather undeveloped. The glowing stuff is natural spirit energy. It is everywhere in the WM world. It can be fused with just about anything and acts as a crucial remedy to magic and health for Hylans and Lokies. It also comes in various colors from neons to reds, to whites or blacks but the most common are either blue or green. His armor is not made of metal but made of Synthetics, organics and cloth. Easy comfortable materials to sneak around in. His armor is made out of the same synthetics Setza's staff is made out of >3
He is using fire magic. The center is of course is spiritual energy, the source of which fuels the magic :B The whiter it is, the hotter it burns.
It felt so nice to finally finish something. There are a lot of mistakes with this Critique welcome as usual :3 Armor is very much a challenge for me. It’s been cooling down in the evenings and I actually feel good enough now to work on artwork during the night hours >D Total time um…. I think about 3 hours or less on and off. I haven’t worked on art in so long, and it’s been ages since I finished anything, so really I am very grateful to accomplish something.
Shane is LEFT handed for anyone who might think I drew his sword in the wrong hand. Sorry about the lame posing. I wasn't going for dramatics >w<;; I just wanted to draw 8D
