More Alan Wake art, you know the drill. I did this Tuesday night when I was too tired to stream anymore but unable to actually sleep so I did the lineart for this and then brought it out to color when I started last night's stream.
The main plot of the game is the main character trying to get his spouse back. And at one point a man pops up claiming to be their kidnapper and are demanding Alan's manuscript as ransom. At one point in the game Alan loses it and decks the guy hard enough to knock him into a ravine. Unfortunately he's not hurt too badly and is now completely out of sight. Still, probably felt good to smack him.
When I started going these I got my hands on a supply of very heavy weight paper meant for mixed mediums but my supply dwindled and my supplier didn't list anymore... until just recently. As my supply was shrinking I had switched from the canvas board to watercolor paper, but still kind of missed the canvas stuff. But since I have a huge pile more on the way I pulled out one of my remaining pieces for this. Copics act a little different depending on the paper you use so I had to relearn how to use copics on the canvas. Still, I love it. These are art geek terms that won't mean anything but the watercolor board is 140lb thickness, while the canvas stuff is 270, almost twice that.
The card was bought by Zayne in stream, but there's plenty of other at http://littletales.storenvy.com
