Oh yah, all marrriages are gonna be tested.
In small ways or big, but tested. The 'in
sickness and in health' clause ain't a joke.
Yes, speaking of sickness. Our married
wolf and bunny have hit a wee patch of
that this week. Awww...
Still, must say, they seem to found a creative way of coping.

What power in such tininess. My mate
Is down and out. A cold virus has knocked
His big muzzle clean off. <Ah-Choo!!> I wait...
<Ah-Choo!!> When sick wolves sneeze the bed is rocked.
I arrive with Kleenex and chicken soup.
No risk for me; I got the shots last fall.
It's too easy to be thrown for a loop
By all the bugs that populate the mall.
But him: poor woofle, he won't skip next year.
Four days of queasy blah has been pure hell.
I get to play Nurse Bunny, and bring cheer.
No costume--drat--but nude will do as well.
Kleenex is used: Wolf sniffles gratefully.
Boob is dunked in soup: Wolf laps eagerly.

Damnear fell off my chair laughing when that last stanza came together. *Perfectly*
in character. And as snap endings go (as sonnets are supposed to end) double
perfect.
Now: how much soup do they have on hand? I predict heavy demand.
(bunny fur, stacked, you do the math :- ) )
