So I took a picture about three months ago in a decoration shop of a small portrait of a tiger with a top hat.

It was done really simple, like this, and when I saw it I remembered some artist. Probably someone can say it in the comments.

Anyways, today I was checking around my cellphone so I can clean up a little bit...and found the pic. So I decided to do Elarin like it.
