An adoptable purchased from  dream-teller

Cerys is a very relaxed shark girl who works a number of odd jobs: diving instructor and guide, spa attendant, and tattoo artist. She originally grew up in an aquatic nation, but for college moved to a more land based one. It was there that she gained her interest in tattoos, since people reacted badly to her red markings. Her original markings made her look like she has just finished a particularly messy meal, so she has since stylized the ends of the markings to try to get rid of that negative impression.

I really liked this base and was so happy to see  dream-teller use it again. I also liked that a story for her appearance came to me so easily. Very excited to start using her. :)
