So, since I am a chef I should upload some stuff I have made, at first on FA :3.
Needs:
- 200G Smoked salmon, preferred cut already
- 125G Fetta cheese
- 150G Mascarpone cheese.
- Sticky plastic (from a roll) used to cover stuff with in the fridge
Nut mixture:
- 3 Table spoons cumin (lol) seeds
- 50G Almonds
- 75G Sesame seeds
- 25G Pine nuts
- pinch of salt (course)
Howto:
- Mix the Fetta and the mascarpone together until you have a smooth paste
- Lay down 2 strokes of sticky plastic, overlapping eachother about 4-6CM
- lay down the salmon strokes, overlapping each other (1-2cm), leave 10 cm blank left and right
- On the salmon put a stroke of the cheese mixture as long as the salmon goes.
- Like a cigarette, fold the cheese mixture in the salmon and tie both ends with a knot.
- Store in fridge for 1-2 hours and then cut with a hot wet knife.
- Grind all the ingredients from the nut mixture into a fine sand like powder.
