Inspired by "Ponyville Confidential"
After seeing the cake-gorging Celestia in the following episode and a muffin-stuffed Celestia in a sprite cartoon starting Derpy, I had to draw this!
Note: Luna has the same color palette as she did in 「Ikuzo, LUNA!!」
Sparkles will be added to their manes as soon as Photoshop's scratch disk digests. Celestia's cutie mark will be added as soon as I figure out how to draw it.

The Royal Announcer: "ALL HAIL THE PONY PRINCESS. REINING IN CHARGE "PRINCESS Celestia!""
People attending, court Marshall's, secret knights out of uniform: *stomps hooves, and cheers.*
Princess Celestia: "Welcome Everypony. I have gathered you from Phillydelphia, Canterlot, and other places within my domain, excluding Ponyville, to let you know, from today, and forever on..."
Royal Announcer: "All Hail the successor to the throne, and the young princess, NI- ER... PRINCESS LUNA!"
Princess Luna: *comes out from under Princess Celestia's left wing, and tries not to speak with the royal voice* "H-hello everybody." She says timidly.
Ponies in the crowd: *murmurs and comments about her.*
Princess Luna: *thinks about Pinkie Pie and everypony in ponyville that's her friend* she looks up yo Celestia. "Um... Can I make a Royal Decree Sister?"
Princess Celestia: "I don't see why not."
Princess Luna: *ROYAL VOICE* "CITIZENS!"
*Everypony Shuts up*
Princess Luna: "I INVITE THEE ALL TO COME INTO THE ROYAL BANQUET HALL, FOR A..."
Everypony in crowd: *crouches down, in fear of the next word*
Princess Luna: "Party." *smiles with the "SQUEE" sound*
Everypony in crowd: *murmurs, then slowly start to trot into the banquet hall*
Princess Luna: looks up at her sister. "Please Celestia? I'm trying to make good on my official first day back."
Princess Celestia: "Alright..." she says with a smile.
Princess Luna: *uses her magic to instantaneously dress up the party hall, and bring Rarity, and Pinkie Pie there.*
Rarity: "Are we... In Canterlot?" She says as her eyes light up.
Pinkie: *rapidly dashes around, examining the buildings and such* "Yup, we're in canterlot"
Rarity: *screams in excitement*
Princess Luna: *Teleports to where the scream emanated from* "Rarity! Pinkie!" She calls out.
Pinkie: "Yes?!"
Princess Luna: "Ah, there you two are. I was wondering if you two could help me."
Pinkie & Rarity: "With what?"
Princess Luna: "A Party. I sorta need you, pinkie, to help with the party entertainment. And you, Rarity, with the clothing, I... *ahem* need a Dress."
Rarity: "I'm going to need a needle, thread, jewelry, feathers, and 5 minutes."
Princess Luna: "How about all that, with Royal at the beginning, and an hour."
Rarity: "What an honor, thank you!"
Princess Luna: "Pinkie?"
Pinkie: *salutes* "I won't let you down!"
Princess Luna: "Thank you."
Pinkie: "Now Let's Beartic a Move on! There people to go to, Parties to see!"
Princess Luna: *teleports them all to the royal mannor* "All of these accessories you are allowed to use Rarity."
Pinkie: "I'll be downstairs entertaining if you need me!"
(One hour Later)
Pinkie: *abruptly stops entertaining* "Ponies and Stallions... Let me introduce, the belle if the ball... PRINCESS LUNA!"
Royal Announcer: *sadly* "I was supposed to do THAT..." (Forever Out of A Job.)
Crowd Ponies: *Jaw Drops as they gaze upon the sight of her, and trots Over to her giving her all the attention*
Princess Celestia: (forever alone) *decides to take the giant cake that was made for the party to her room... and devour it.*
(Few hours later)
Princess Luna: *Walks into Celestia's room with a camera* "Hey sis?"
Princess Celestia: *gorges down on more cake*
Princess Luna: *snaps photo, flash goes off*
(CURRENT PREDICAMENT.)
