Something I always wanted to imagine was what I would be like as a Human in the anime/manga/videogame related Pokémon world in that Ash and his dudes also live.
As a Human I would be more like a Pokémon friend than a trainer but since this is based on my adventures in the actual games I played all of them through and most of them with a specific Pokémon team I'll show you very soon.
I'd see my Pokémon career either as a Totodile breeder or a Pokémon Ranger mostly but the breeder idea is more of my likes. I always enjoyed gifting Totodile eggs to kids who needed a loyal and cute Dile at their side.

Nono, Matt. This pic isn't based on any story. I only created this because I wanted to make some Pokémon art based on what I imagined about what my role would be if I'd be a Pokémon character like in the anime. I found it nice to think of that I'd probably would join with others on events and such and probably would choose to join a Pokémon farm later on. I thought the starter Pokémon need to come from something like that so I am sure it would be a nice thing to be a Totodile breeder and share time with my fav Pokémon. =3

I once asked Tomby for a TF story of a character called Marc getting TFd into a Totodile. That was before Shiny came into existence, hehe. I used some time to develope my Totodily self but already enjoyed what people were doing so some Totodile stuff happened then already. X3

Oh, but anime got a lot of cool character designs, too. Especially in regards of Animal characters you can find a bunch of cool and cute things Plus, many anime point with a nice emphasis of plot and character development. That's why I say I like both cartoons and anime. In anime I love the way how they do backgrounds sometimes. In works like from Studio Ghibli sometimes landscapes come out in such a rich and artistic fashion that it simply takes your breath away. =D
In general though, cartoon and anime both mean the same thing and are siimply animations from different countries. Pokémon like most anime gets produced in Japan. =3
In regards of the subject, I'd love to find somebody who is really good at the Pokémon Human character designs and could draw me an artwork of myself with Totodile yet. The world in Pokémon is just so endearing with its carefree and adventurous spirit. ^_^

Hehe, you said the exact same somewhere else. I admit, I'd be way excited if any Pokémon artist could reveal to me what I could potentially look like in the style. I feel like in my drawings it's a bit too much Satoshi/Ash influence there tough happy you think it's fun. =3
