Here we can find those on some ceral boxes, or with some toys. You can try to find some blue and red plastic sheets, it can works too. On my anaglyph pictures, the red eye is the left one and blue eye the right one.
Or if you can do the cross eye or parallel view technic, you can still use stereophotomaker to put this one back in parallel or cross eye view. But with a 16/9 shape, it's really harder to focus for most people. It's why I've made thins one in anaglyph instead.
I would love to find a website or a gallery that can manage this kind of thing the same way that youtube can handle 3D videos.
