This guy is a redesign of an oldish character from a dream. When I dream of characters, I rarely ever dream them SOLIDLY, especially since this guy, like many of the guys in my dreams, was actually 'played' by me, so I only got a first person view of the guy.

Anyway, the basics were that there was like a vocational/boarding school or something for Super Heroes and Super Villains, which isn't a very original concept, I know, but oh well. It's kinda like evil Hogwarts. At least, that's what it was like in my dream. All the first-years come in and they get their first lesson all together, so each year has a similar 'theme', then each individual can choose a 'major' and a specialization, if they so desire.

Him and his sister join at 16 and 15, respectfully, different ages, but same year. Their 'theme' was nature/plant-based powers, but he chose to major as an inventor, specializing in technopathy, and his sister trained in animal arts, and became a shapeshifter(animal forms only).

He remained about 50/50 in each area, but his sister all but abandoned the plant powers.

The story of the thing had something to do with thier grandmother either being the head of the "Good" Academy or the "Bad" one, and having some sort of crazy evil scheme that they were like "Whoa. Whoa. That's too much." and then they went to fight her, but apparently they are much bigger derps than they look. Which I guess happens with young Super Villains.

Thinking about actually doing something with the story, but nothing serious, cuz it's... pretty woefully unoriginal, and I'm really not into Super Heroes or Super Villains.
