fleshing out the idea more. the character's going to be a pursuit and interception cop of sorts jumping from building to building and is armed with a stun gun/ tazer. in a pinch, the cop's hands can also emit voltage high enough to stun a target, though he has to be quite close to do the job.

the legs artificial musculature has been augmented to increase jump height, running endurance and to absorb impact during landings better.
