these guys seem to be followin me around lately. So I pulled out this sketch and finished it up tonight. Such lovely birds. I've seen them in three coutnries but have yet to take a good photo of them. This was tremendous fun though I doubt I'll ever find a buiyer for it. But who cares. i did it for me!

Dang birds getting in the way of my honey! Heh heh!
But, as to the piece, I like the flower and bee trim that is circling around the middle and how the golden flowers in the middle all swirl into one another.
That would be really cool if it could be made in three dimensions with white porcelain and gold plated metal trim =)
