EDIT: F5 FOR BETTER QUALITY D8
Commission for
of his fursona as a pit fiend! 8D (Again:Thank you SO MUCH for commissioning me!)
This, I swear, was like the singular most fun commission. Holy shit. Armor, muscles, snarly face, fire, rock, FIRE. The sword was a bitch though. HAH.
Enjoy!

Okay, since you asked me to critique... u3u
I would have liked to see more contrast and maybe darker shadows (despite the fire being everywhere). It would have made it look even more dynamic-- though it is pretty dynamic as is. Some details like the handle, some of the fire, and the shadows are a bit too messy, but it doesn't take away from the image either since there's so much cooler stuff to focus on. I say all in all it's pretty well painted, and a lot more detailed than most of the work I see you do. Very nice :3

Ahhhh, thank you, pork chop~
I'm glad you made a point about the contrast/shadows and the issue of the fire all around. It was throwing me for a loop. AND AYE, the level of detail kinda made it hard to focus on refining everything evenly. I'll learn how to do the better the more I do stuff like this. <3
