A keyblade I designed after a brainstorming session with RainyDays on one of his pics. While I think he may end up using it slightly different, the way I intended this design is to be the personal keyblade for his character, sort of like Terra's Earthshaker or Ventus' Fresh Breeze, something created and designed around a particular style of combat: in this case, guns and ranged combat. The cross bar doubles as a pair of gun handles for the different shooting modes, while the base of the handguard can extend into a shoulder stock. The blade is upside down to how I normally draw it: the scope is the teeth side, while the iron sight is the blade side. Double Action has three modes (originally, there were only two, and the name stuck):
Sword mode: normal use, melee combat and general magic
Shot mode (labelled as Quickshot mode): uses the iron sight side of the blade, fires compressed magic "bullets" that can be fired in different modes, can be fired submachine gun or rifle style, the stock can be extended, excellent at ranged magic
Snipe mode (labelled as Sniper mode): uses the scope side, tuned for long-range magic and shotlocks, fires extremely powerful but slowly-recharging shots, the stock is always extended for maximum stability
Um… not much else to say here. The charm is a targeting reticule on a piece of glass, I am aware it's a bit wonky, and I actually had a lot of fun designing this. Hopefully this will show up in a future bit of art. Anyway!
