I composed this bare-bones tune (and wrote the words for it) forever ago. Like, pre-2001. It's simple, obnoxious (like it should be), and fits what I wanted. So memorable that I'm posting it up after all this time to share it.




I remember singing it with Kevsco  Xenogryph as well, but had a bitch of a time finding those lyrics. Sorry that our awesome voices aren't in with the mp3 file. Here are the words; sing along if you want:

I am a cat
And I am fast
You might see me
As I paw past

With fur so soft
And eyes quite strong
While I stalk by
Purring this song


But, as I'm quick
You can't
See my flexing claws
As I climb up -
your window sill -
And smile


You should watch out
When I go by
For my keen charm

My meow is smooth
