Hahahaha yeah I could NEVER put mine in words. Mine's been hell just making all the minor tweeks.
The birth of Mar:
I love tigers. Favorite animal. Grace, beauty, power, all that good stuff. Problem was, I couldn't make a 'sona out of one. I guess I don't need one, but it made me feel more at home in the fandom I guess.
I tried everything, but I couldn't alter a tiger in any way that made me unique AND that I like more than the classic black and orange.
So instead, I said "forget it". I can love tigers, but for my creation, I shall gather all elements that I like to see in a character and mash them all together!! Tigers, goat feet, tusks, horns, fluffiness, manes, chest fur and happy trails ;3, the works. And so he became Mar, the creation that embodies just what an artist I am X3

My sona came about similarly. I started out as a snake, but then decided it just didn't "feel" right. So, what did I do?
I smashed all my favorite animals together! |D

Mammal: Bat
Avian: Hoatzin
Pisces: Wreckfish
Reptile: Tuatara
Amphibian: Salamander
Arthropod: Spider
It's better to be strange and unique than to be generic and boring, I believe. (If anything, you can say you're truly your own person and not just the spitting image of someone else.)

The only thing red on either of my "split" fursonas is Blue's red eyes. Stripes's eyes are purple.
Anyway, it's Mär! Honestly, he looks great! Quite a peaceful description for a dangerous looking chimera. Though, there is something about his looks that draws the eye. Very handsome fursona Tru.
