This is the Fool, the starting point of the adventure through the Major Arcana. The Fool is a card that's either numbered 0 or 22 in a standard tarot deck. It is the beginning, being spontaneous, and embracing folly. There's a reason that the symbolism in the Rider-Waite deck is a guy who is stepping over the edge of a cliff. In this case, the winged rat has not noticed that he's about to step over the edge. I have to thank  lilglenndoggy for the wonderful piece. I am more than happy with it. It came out beautiful.
