Delicious stuffed pork chops. I freaking love my barbecue. ^^
-thick-cut pork chops
-salami and prosciutto, sliced thin
-pizza sauce
-grated mozzarella
-toothpicks
1. First get a slender, sharp knife and cut a pocket in the side of the pork chop. Make sure to make it deep enough to put in your filling, but try not to slice through it.
2. Take a few slices of prosciutto and salami and tuck them inside the pork chops. Spoon in some pizza sauce. Put two toothpicks diagonally through each chop to hold them together.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook the chops. After turning them over, spoon some pizza sauce onto the chop.
4. Just before the chops are done, put a generous amount of mozzarella on each chop. Once the cheese is melted, remove from the grill and let sit for five minutes. Enjoy!
