OMIGOSH it's Tails! C:
I just had to draw this cute little guy, in his classic style. That's a power ring in his right hand. :3 (Dur! hehe)
I was also playing around with a different no-line coloring technique of mine. I totally dig it! I'm going to have to make more of these. ^o^
