Robert may be completely stone and really hard to snuggle but if Ko switched i think he would feel just a bit more of the gender roles and be a little more likely to do the whole cutesy thing, since Ko normally is such a big guy and provides all the size support for him when it comes to comfort. I feel that Rob would have more of a need to do so if Ko was a girl, and she was now more his size, but smaller torso wise so he'd have more of an emotional pull to be her support
