Back in February I noticed a couple of interesting postings on Ebay. This was during my smilodon "phase", so I searched Ebay and found, among other things, a life size resin sabretooth (I have nowhere to put such a thing) and, more practically, a life sized sabretooth tiger head. It was listed for $200 and I thought I would bid. No one else bid. Score!
Well, except that the seller was slow. Glacially slow. EPIC SLOWNESS! Months went by as I sent increasingly annoyed E-mails. Each time he promised it'd be sent that weekend. He never did. There was always some new excuse.
Well, a month ago I told him that if I didn't get it by labor day I'd start the 'Item not received' process. Given the content of the E-mails we had exchanged, and which I had saved, he would have lost the arbitration process and I made it clear I knew this.
Well, a few days ago I got an 'It's on the way' E-mail and today I picked it up from the post office. It was worth the wait. It's freaking spectacular!
The object visible in the corner of the bottom right image is my sandal. Gives you a sense of scale. Wow.
If you absolutely must have one, and are potentially willing to wait the better part of a year to get it...if you are willing to risk that, here's another one on Ebay by the same seller.

He makes these things for each buyer. Sometimes he has more than one up on Ebay at a time. This one is purty. 83

I have been waiting months on end to receive only a simple response from the seller. some much time has flown by (5 months) and I simply forgot that I had bought one of these awesome pieces of work from the exact seller off of ebay. It's been so long that I have forgotten the users name. Would you by chance have a email from the seller or his user name on ebay. Thanks strega, and I love all your big cat artwork.

I cannot believe that this person had been ignoring my messages and I am fed up with it. Do you think I should report him. I believe that regardless if I report this seller it won't change much and I am probably left out with getting my money back. :

OK, I -THINK- the user who sold me the smilodon head was squanto3. It seems I deleted all my E-mails to him and E-bay only remembers sales and messages within the last 30 days, but luckily I sent a complaint about him and I still have the reply to THAT E-mail. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to have any items for sale just now, but I can't think of anyone else I've complained about.
