Bit of a milestone here: This is the first picture I've done in Prismacolor pencils. I actually received a set of 48 about a year ago, but never touched them until now. At first it was just a feeling like if I started immediately, I'd just end up wasting them from sheer inability. After a while I went through a bit of an art block and didn't do any drawings at all. It's only been in the past few months that I've started drawing again, and since my friend's birthday was coming up, I decided that the present was the best time to crack the tin open and put those pencils to use.

I tend to do more work in the digital medium, but I'm pretty proud with how well this turned out.
