Alright, the finished book "Mit Vivi gelingt's - Ein Schutzengel auf Erden" was sucessfully presented at the book fair in Leipzig by KLECKS-VERLAG.
The book was written by Elvira Pyttlik and illustrated by me. It was the hellish 2-week-project I was writing about earlier.
This piece is just one out of 29 interior illustrations from said book.

Thank you! :) I guess the cross hatching probably gives it that touch reminding you of those old children's books. I really used to love those, especially because back then the colors didn't have to be so awfully bright that it sometimes almost hurts your eyes (I'm still having nightmares about the pink dress I had to illustrate for this book ...). :)
