here is a list of the stuff i so far used in the process:
(left to right)
- dremel tool kit (4000 series)
- protective goggles
- sewing silk
- extra strong paper modelers glue
- duct tape (not ducktape)
- disposable gloves
- scalpel #11 (this is because of the straight edge, they are cheaper than x-acto knives)
- a crafting sheet (the green sheet)
- A4 printing paper (letter will do too, but you have to change stuff a bit in the pepakura files) 160gr/m2 ( 60 lb. )
- 2 component epoxy resin (this one i got from a bridge manufacturer and not from some shop, but most epoxy kits sold will do the job)
- ventilation mask (got that with the epoxy)
- disposable synthetic brushes
- disposable ribbed plastic cups (ribbed, so that you can measure it, using the ribs)
also in a later stage i will use fiberglass, car primer, metalic paint (apple red and gold) clear varnish, LED's, microservo's, arduino, wiring and more specific materials.
