Going Down in Flames (Rough Sketch/Work in Progress)
Aand this is my current project. Holycrap this may be the most detailed TLK picture I've done yet. As usual I had to scan it before I touched it with inks/colors...it'll take a while to ink/color this one anyways, with what I have in mind. And it's actually pretty graphic, considering I'm not censoring this scene the way Disney did in the movie. It's too sketchy to tell right now but I might have to give the final version a graphics warning haha. XD The pictures in the back are Scar's memories/regrets/nightmares/what have you. Yknow, what flashes before your eyes - and this is called "Going Down in Flames", kids. Deep huh? :D Emotional drama is fun to draw, don't ask me why.

Ooh, I'd love to read that! o.o I've been trying my hand at some fan fics too, they're fun. I always find myself getting a little disappointed when Zira and the SP characters turn up in Scar related fan works lol. I didn't hate SP, but it brought with it so many unanswered questions and plotholes (namely, if these "outsiders" were so loyal to Scar where the hell were they during the battle for pride rock DX) Plus, in "The Madness of King Scar" he pretty clearly admits how he feels unloved and hated as king (despite arguing with himself about it) I love the musical and how it adds more to the original story and characters.
I can send it to you if you'd like. It involves my character and inserts him in a way that doesn't interfere with the first movie. Just a heads up that it has my character as a m/m pairing with Scar. Nothing explicit is in what I wrote (pg rated) and it's only accidental that they are a couple.
