its quite simple, the best technique is to just make sure that you are Provocative and organized.
...Just micron .01 and .05 sepia pens and then some Prismacolor/Copic markers.
put it in photoshop, duplicated the layer, used the cutout effect, set the duplicate layer to luminosity.
then tweaked the color.
its what i do to all my traditional marker work... it makes the markers look really solid and gets rid of the flaws from bleeding.
You know, i could just learn how to use markers correctly and precisely... But who does that in this digital age?!
