Well, don't get too hard on her just yet. There are all kinds of reasons behind something like that.
I mean, it might be a professional account she uses to display commissions or something. Her time online could also be so limited, she can't possibly respond to all her comments, in that case if she can't respond to all of them she might consider it fair to not respond to any of them.
