Rain is so relaxing, especially when its a summer rainstorm and then you get that incredible smell after its fallen.

That is exactly why I love cutting the grass RIGHT before a big storm. Compound scents that I adore.

I love the rain(and therefore this picture.) except when it's followed closely by thunderstorms and flooding like it does around here. Lowlands an all. X3

Can't say even those dampen my mood. But then again, I like storm chasing and am planning on a beefy 4x4 to deal with the flooding.

Don't need to worry about the water when you can drive across higher, unpaved areas to avoid it.

This is true. I love storms, I'm just not so hot on summer storms as they tend to run into tornados around here. D:

That right there is what I live for.

There's nothing in the world like being in a car or truck, chasing after one at 60 miles an hour, trying to get a good angle on it for pics or vid.

Just a couple? You should try Oklahoma for a season. It starts in March and goes all the way into August.

And this year is looking especially active on the projections, so I'm thinking we'll probably take precautions...eight or nine times.
