The grass skirt was done with the aid of a clay gun to produce all the thin little strands, which were then applied in little clumps. The feathers were all individually sculpted and then attached to the wrap. The wrap is intended to look like its hard flat shell made into a cloak. I'm not sure it is recognizable that's the effect I was trying for, but it still looks interesting.

Sculpture is done in ApoxieSculpt and painted in acrylic with natural sand on the base.
