A boar helps a younger warrior paint his face for a festival.
The costumes and the face paint are based on traditional new guinea ceremonial garb, which tends to be very eclectic and very, very bright. The face paint seems really, really gaudy, but this is not all that outrageous! Face painting is usually done in extremely pure, primary colors. Yellow is a more common base, but I find several variations on the red, white and, blue motif. (google New Guinea festival to see really cool pictures of face paint and really, really crazy outfits)
Sculpture is done in ApoxieSculpt and painted in acrylic with natural sand on the base.
