I was just told by my manager that an employee that gets constant complaints, can't do his job and ridicules people because of their disabilities is now acting manager and therefore better then me. Also that I need to "step up" and be a decient supervisor. I've done everything I can to help my crew, get them needed equipment (something the manager has been trying to do for 4 months without success), and to be a moderator between the manager and my crew.
But i'm the one that needs to step up.
Yes, I draw at work. But I have 3-4 hours in which I don't see anyone and have the time to waste. I still get my job done.
