This is Spit, my alligator character. He's quite a bit older than the rest of the group, being 27. Aggressive is the best way to describe Spit. He does not like the idea of losing and does not intend to; no matter what the costs. He often manages to make his quotas, and prides himself on them. He does not tolerate for anything 'silly' or 'cute' and often sneers at them. Despite all of the harsh conditions that he forces his workers to output, they respect his leadership. He is not afraid to make a decision because he always makes sure that it works no matter how grim things look. He does not like to hear other people opinions on things, but he never closes his mind to an idea. He works to win, and if that means using someone else's plan to get it done, he'll do it. He always gives credit where credit is due, but he always makes sure that he is known to be top dog. He does not tolerate negative attitudes, but hardly knows how to handle it. So he often fires people.
