A piece that was originally a commission for my manager at work. She wanted me to paint a photo mural for her friend's "Magic Mushroom" themed birthday party as a gift. She offered to let me paint it at work during hours as a sort of payment, which I agreed to since I'd MUCH rather paint that deal with customers, lol. The only way she could justify letting me work on it while on the clock though, was to change our Spring sale's Spring Fling party to an Alice in Wonderland themed party. So now they're revolving the entire sale around me painting this photo mural. XD

The mural is 6ft x 8ft in size, and in this pic it's hanging in our window....Which kinda ruined my phone's contrast, so you can't tell that there IS shading on that big orange mushroom in the background. Even still, I wish I would have tipped it in a different way so it was more obvious to what it is. =\ I was also going to do radiating stripes of colors in the background, but I was afraid it would make it too "busy" and you wouldn't even see people's faces posing in the picture. OH WELL. I had to finish it today, and doing the fluorescent stripes would have taken another day or two anyway since fluorescent paint is so transparent that it takes a metric f*ck-ton of layers. =\

(Alice has red hair and tattoos so that she'll look like my manager's friend, lol.)
