Unless it's funny. One of my characters does have about an 80% overlap with Twilight Sparkle's personality, she'd be a natural ¬_¬

I'm not really sure which of your characters would be a natural as a Twilight Sparkle's impersonation though...

That would be Tee ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6981040/ on the left):
- student of magic
- OCD
- spends more time in the library than anywhere else
- kind hearted
- smart enough to work her way out of most problems
- avoids male company

Only major difference would be that Tee existed about 8 years before TS, and speaks with a British accent (because all my characters do in my head. Except the red dragon, which is, as of now, Welsh.)
