been done for BC, bu with a fed bridge module and impulse engines where the disrupter cooler is. well done, but sluggish and underpowered. we fixed that

Heh well it seems the Romulans stole the design from the Klingons, and now the Federation is having their turn... Oh well: kind of makes sense in the TNG and post era.

there's several co-op fed/klingon combos out there already. of course, in STO, it's everybody for themselves with the romulans gone.

oh, the roms took some D7's, and the klingons grabbed the cloaks
