You know, I really don't care how lazy or lame anyone else thinks this looks. I think this looks just awesome. Using Photoshop to apply colors to a grayscale image like this, keeping all the sharp relief, and just giving a touch of life to the artist's original expression, is just amazing.
I tip my hat to
sleez and his impeccable skill with both character as well as shape of form. His lines beg to be colored.
Although...I still do wish I could learn to fully color as he does...as well as draw.
