Now that the comics where this fight appears have run on the main site, I can display this here.
This also gives me the opportunity to announce that I'm opening up sponsorships for this book. The last one's sponsorships were quite fun to do and didn't compromise the book any, so I'm hoping very much that people will be interested in sponsoring this Newshounds book, especially since money's a bit tight at the moment thanks to a certain job letting me go before they said they would.
The price tag is $125, and for that you get the following:
1) A special commission of your character with any two of the Newshounds characters, to be published in the book itself with YOUR NAME as a sponsor;
2) A special fullsize black and white comic page PLUS an additional b&w commission of your choice (two characters) -OR- a special fullsize FULL COLOR comic page;
3) A free copy of the book on publication.
#2 and #3 will occur on publication (July or August), but #1 will be done right away for anyone who decides to sponsor the book. To sweeten the deal, anyone who responds within the next 24 hours will get #1 in COLOR.
Be a Newshounds sponsor. Tell your friends. You'll make me very happy and I'll be able to complete the book with a good conscience.

Oooh, nice colours! I think the current Wolfram story is one of the most exciting NH parts yet. :D I hope you'll be happy with a hundred sponsors in no-time! (Sorry I'm too poor, hah.. it's been quite a while since I've commissioned anyone.) Maybe you won't need a hundred though. *Grins.*
You ever consider doing a kickstarter? They're the "hip thing" that all the kids are doing now. It allows for tiered rewards so people can sponsor you at levels they're comfortable with, even if it's just enough to pre-buy the book. Plus I don't think PayPal is involved. I do not, however, know how much of a cut they take, so you'd need to do a little research.
Rich Burlew (of Order of the Stick) did one and came away with 7 figures. I'm not saying to set your expectations quite that high (aim HIGHER!) but these things seem to work pretty well. Seriously, look into it.

Hmm, I always see your ads for these. Even when they don't sell out quickly...I'm never sure how I'd want my alfurante to interact with members of the NH cast; I'm not sure how I'd want an interview to go, and not sure about what other options. But you've got plenty of fans, I'm sure someone will have an idea for you. Best of luck, Dog!
