And another 1 hour speedpaint example! I actually had a lot of trouble with this one, which is good because it gave me experience with trying to make an acceptable image on a time limit. I think I went over by about 10 minutes or so? Definitely worth it though, because it let me fix a few problems and tie the whole thing together.
As for the image, I imagine someone insulted this guy and so now the crown is coming off and things are about to get nasty. Moral of the story: don't mess with lions!
