Imaginative title.
I was told that I need to do more dynamic poses, so I have tried. I like it. But I am terrible at shading. Drawing is fun, coloring is fun, shading and highlights are a bitch to do :/

really like the dynamism in this pic :D she really looks like she's about to claim the upper hand in a battle :)
If you don't wanna shade, you can always go for flat colour, sometimes it can look good ^_^ Generally the best tip is to remember that a lot of stuff drops shadows onto other parts of the character, and that can make the shading a lot easier, since you can just block out large swaths :P
