At last! A Hisa sighting XD
As well as an update to her wardrobe...because when I think about it, twirling around chains of fire with loose cloth hanging off of her is probably just as hazardous to her as it is to whoever's nearby.
A very ninja-eqsue design, she can still twist and bend with ease ^^
Hisa has many variations of dances, depending on the placement of her chains.
